Air Care Return Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. This is because Air Care kits can only be used once.

If there's an issue with your kit upon arrival, please let us know via air(at) and we'll be happy to help.

Sensio Air Device Policy

Sensio Air devices are rented on a month-to-month subscription basis. By providing your credit/debit card details, you authorize Wlab Ltd (Sensio Air) to charge your card each month the devices are in your possession.

If your card details are expiring or become invalid, it is your duty to update these accordingly. Any payments that are declined are still owed to Wlab Ltd.

Cancellations can be made by providing 30 days notice, and will be effective from the date the devices are returned to Wlab Ltd. If you provide less notice, you must pay the next month's subscription fee until such time as the devices are returned to Wlab Ltd.

Cancellations made via air(at) with 30 days notice (or more) will be processed immediately upon return of the devices.
