Device Rental Agreement

The rental of our devices is subject to the execution of a Device Rental Agreement, and our Terms of Use. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including but not limited to, payment terms, subscription duration, and cancellation policies. By entering into this agreement, you commit to adhere to its terms throughout the rental period.

Subscription Payments
1. Payment Authorisation: By providing your credit/debit card details, you authorise WLAB LTD and/or Sensio Air Inc. to charge your card for the agreed-upon subscription fees as long as the devices remain in your possession. This includes any recurring subscription fees associated with your rental agreement.
2. Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current and valid. Please update your card details if they are expiring or become invalid. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in interrupted service or additional charges.
3. Outstanding Payments: Any payments that are declined due to invalid or expired card details are still owed to WLAB LTD and/or Sensio Air Inc. We reserve the right to pursue any outstanding payments in accordance with the terms of the Device Rental Agreement and applicable laws.

Cancellations and Returns
1. Notice Period: Subscriptions can be cancelled by providing at least 30 days' notice prior to the next renewal period. The cancellation will become effective from the date the devices are returned to WLAB LTD or Sensio Air Inc. If less than 30 days' notice is provided, you will be required to pay the subscription fee for each period the devices remain in your possession.
2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please send an email to air(at) with at least 30 days' notice. Cancellations will be processed immediately upon the return of the devices. Please include your rental agreement number and contact information in your cancellation request to expedite the process.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued based on the terms outlined in the Device Rental Agreement. Please refer to your agreement for specific details regarding eligibility for refunds and the process for requesting a refund.

Additional Terms for Stripe Payments
For customers who rent devices through our website or payment links provided via Stripe, the above terms also apply. By completing the payment through Stripe, you agree to abide by the terms of our Refunds and Returns Policy as well as the Device Rental Agreement and Terms of Use.

Amendments to the Policy

WLAB LTD and Sensio Air Inc reserve the right to amend this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

Air Care Return Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. This is because Air Care kits can only be used once.
